Visibility is a form of care.
Generosity is a strategy. We believe in using what we have – our skills, time, and platform – to support the people doing the most vital work in our communities.
The Visibility Lab is a collective investment where nonprofits receive this support completely free. Generously funded by a corporate partner. No cost, no catch. Just care, redistributed.
Helping nonprofits get seen, heard, and supported.
In a time when the needs are growing but resources aren’t, nonprofits are being asked to do everything—often invisibly. At Geben, we believe visibility is a form of care. So we’re sharing what we have. Each quarter, we partner with a cohort of nonprofits to provide visibility support. Some organizations need content. Others need clarity. Many benefit from both. Support is provided based on organizational capacity, readiness, and quarterly availability — with a focus on serving nonprofits with limited access to communications resources.

More Visibility. Shared impact. Mutual Aid.
More Visibility. Shared impact. Mutual Aid.
Because generosity is a strategy.
Strategic support shouldn’t be reserved for those with the biggest budgets. In a moment when nonprofits are stretched thin, we believe in redistributing what we have, including communications expertise, to strengthen the safety net around us.
Communication is infrastructure.
The organizations feeding families, protecting rights, and building belonging need to be seen and heard. Visibility fuels funding, advocacy, and systemic change—and that starts with storytelling and showing up online.
Because this is who we are.
Geben (which means to give in German) has always used business as a force for good. The Visibility Lab isn’t an extra project. It’s a natural extension of our values, and a reflection of how we believe change happens.
