A recent influencer campaign was designed to generate conversation among working women from all walks of life focused on equity in the workplace. The message resonated deeply with the carefully curated influencer team and their audiences, evidenced by a 5% average engagement rate – 5x the industry standard.

We specialize in making the complex intelligible. Our ongoing collaboration with the American Academy of Pediatrics, through a cooperative agreement with the CDC, has unpacked the complicated, yet essential, topic of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) by educating influencers and pairing them with pediatricians for Facebook Live interviews. These conversations have been viewed hundreds of thousands of times and introduced numerous parents and caregivers to ACEs.

Our work, through a cooperative agreement with the CDC, to educate parents about developmental milestones began with qualitative insights (digital focus groups), which informed campaign messaging and structure. Ultimately, the team of participating parent influencers reached over 40 million parents online with resources.

We conducted qualitative research for a major national non-profit organization to help them better understand digital content consumption habits and preferences of US-based Latinas. The insights uncovered through our custom methodology – which included secondary market research and analysis, one-on-one industry expert interviews, and a series of digital roundtable discussions/focus groups with influencers – are being used to inform the organization’s Latina-focused social media content strategy and community outreach efforts.
